As we continue to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, there are a number of websites that have a list of articles to help you adapt with getting back to work. Some areas are going to be different, such as a wider adoption of remote working and physical spacing when people return to the office, while others will be the same. Below is a list of COVID-19 business resources that you can refer to.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website has a page dedicated to businesses and workplaces providing guidance for employees returning to work as well as employers and businesses.
US Small Business Administration
The US Small Business Administration (SBA) is focused primarily on funding options for small businesses. The page also features guidance to businesses and employers as well as links to other SBA products and resources.
Harvard Business Review (HBR) has a COVID-19 reading list they have curated from all of their articles that they are providing at no cost to readers. Additionally, by signing up on the site, you can read a handful of other pandemic related articles for free.
McKinsey provides executive briefings with their outlook on the effects personally and professionally and how to prepare for the next normal. McKinsey also has a full report from July that outlines their thoughts on the next-normal.
